When I joined Ameriplan in 2014, I never dreamed it would take me close to 6 years to reach National Sales Director. I reached RSD very quickly, in about 6 weeks, and I figured I’d do the same with each of the subsequent pin levels. I was so very excited to share the incredible opportunity I had found, and I loved being able to help show people that there was another option besides
traditional health insurance. I had small children at home and had found a company that allowed me to earn an income and be home with them. But then life happened, as it tends to do, and my forward momentum halted… several times. I have faced homelessness, six different surgical procedures, juggling an outside JOB and my business, kids with insane extra-curricular schedules, and now, completing one college degree and embarking on another, all since I started here BUT here is
the incredible thing about Ameriplan, and this team; they not only wait for you, but they support you through life’s moment; the good and the bad. What JOB would do that???
This last week has been an amazing blur. I earned SRSD, then ESD, then SESD over the span of 5 days! None of this would have happened, however, if it weren’t for the love, support, and constant encouragement I’ve received from Cathy, Kelly, and Terri. I love you ladies so much and am so thankful God placed you all in my life. You inspire me to be better and work harder, and you see something in me that I have often struggled to see. More so, I must also give credit
to my team, who has kept me working even when I have been tired, or sick, or just so busy with life I couldn’t see straight. You all give me added purpose and I am incredibly blessed to have you all by my side in this fantastic journey. I am more excited for you; to see you move up in your business and to be able to watch you meet your goals. Thank you for letting me share this journey with you.
Writing this, I find myself filled with so many emotions: gratitude, excitement, disbelief, joy, relief, and even a little fear. Some of these emotions may seem contradictory, but I’ve been at this a long time and now that it’s happened, so quickly and all at once, I’m in a little bit of shock. The funny thing is, never once did I doubt that it WOULD happen because I have been confident, from day 1, in what Ameriplan represents and in the income potential we
have at our fingertips if we are just willing to work for it. If it can happen for me, it can happen for YOU too!
