CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEWEST

NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

CATHY CANEIRO!

What a journey this has been and to hit the highest level National Vice President wow. I share this with my entire team as this was a HUGE team effort. The past few weeks we have celebrated SO MANY pin level promotions in all my years I have never seen so many happened this fast.

It shows me how serious you all are and no stopping you, keep the train going as I always say “the Caneiro Express the next stop is SUCCESS” , we have promoted RSD’s , SRSD’s ESD’S SESD”s and 5 National Sales Director and we are not stopping. I am so inspired by each of you, it is your inspiration that motivated me to race to National Vice President.

When I started over 7 years ago I had no clue what RSD or any of the titles meant, all I wanted was to replace to part time min wage income that I was having to work nights and weekends to get. I worked 2 jobs 7 days a week, for 11 years. I had no life and missed out on being with my kids. Starting Ameriplan in Sept 2012 it was a challenge to fit in with these 3 jobs, all I kept seeing was that I wanted to change being away from my family till midnight and I pressed on even when I did not want to do it. I had many bumps in the road not having the support from my enroller, I reached up and with Terri Medine she guided me and took the time to help me, it was her support and belief in me that helped me to hit RSD in February 2013 and shortly after went all the way to NSD. I always say that it was fate that brought me to Ameriplan I was not searching it found me. I am blessed I took a leap of faith and went for it. This replaced the two part time jobs and more, I have been blessed having amazing friends in my life and a true BFF with Terri ☺

I have learned so much from our training, a training that Janie Jones has put together. Janie you are truly amazing you have taught me so much and I have grown because of you. I have and always will be able to count on you. I truly cannot thank you enough you are a huge inspiration thank you ☺

To my fearless leader and dearest friend Kelly O’donnell you not only inspire me, and our entire team but the entire Freedom at Home Team. You are ALWAYS there to help everyone and we are all so blessed to have one AWESOME leader. You have always been there for me every step of the way, you have been there for me as a friend (and yes I took a walk today lol) I have learned so much from you, to overcome fears. Each day I hear you in my mind , “the rewards follow your efforts” and it sure does. These last few weeks I could not have done without you my dear friend.

I work hard, I stay strong, I stay focused, I stay consistent, I stay positive, I keep my vision. For those that always ask me what is your secret, that is the secret. I work every day, I focus every day, I have positive actions and keep negativity away. If I can you can.

I have looked back on all I have achieved, and all that I have and will continue to help grow their visions, their dreams. I have what an amazing team of ladies and gentlemen I get to work with each and every day you are all always in my heart and I am always here for you.

Ain't no stopping us now we are on the move. I have played this song every day the words to this song are so powerful and after being told that I am a nothing and I will never be a success among other horrible words from my x husband, oh boy yes I am a Success and yes I am a somebody. It took me a very long time to get that out of my head, I thank you God for showing me the way. New life with amazing people.

I am proud of me and all I have become. This was not done alone it was with amazing people believing in me. Who would have known when I hit RSD in February 2013, six years later same time I hit National Vice President WOW.

All of the above has been able to happen all because of two amazing mirror twin brothers that had a vision 28 years ago to help people save on Dental. Without Dennis and Daniel Bloom we wouldn't have this opportunity and I am forever grateful for everything they do for us!!

This is truly no surprise. We KNEW it was just a matter of time before you would be at the tip top of AmeriPlan...we have known that since September 2012. You came in ready to ROCK!! You got to work, asked questions, and took ACTION!! As I am thinking about it....I can't remember a time that you took "a break". You show up every single day and when I say "day"...I mean the whole 24 hours in the day!! YOU work every single day, YOU have NO EXCUSES, YOU are consistent, YOU are persistent, YOU are caring, YOU are passionate and all of these things are so evident! You have been so much more than just a business partner...YOU are one of the best friends a person could ever have!! I cannot imagine my life or this business without you!! I am so ecstatic to see you reach NVP and I know you have even bigger goals for you and your team!!! Everyone in the company knows that The Caneiro Express takes ANY PERSON who wants it...to success. There is no stopping it!! YOU DID IT, my friend!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
