BARBARA DOUGLAS

I am a mother of 3 and a grandmother of six. My husband passed in 2015. I have been working as a Life and health insurance agent for 30 years. I consider myself retired from that at this point.

I came into contact with ameriplan for the first time in the 1990's and I loved what i saw. However working a full time job as a captive agent in between being a full time mom and wife well it was a bit much for me. Family has always been priority for me. So I decided to let ameriplan go when it went "e-commerce". They began moving into computers and I thought "oh Lord something else to add to my plate" lol. I look back and boy do I wish I had stayed. Ameriplan is the best company by far in the industry.

I know that i have a lot to learn about recruiting but i am eager to get started with that. I feel that i am with the best team in the company to help me with that. So i am very proud to be a part of the Freedom at home team.
