Hello ,

As you know, Focal Point was doing some updates this weekend.  The Focal Point back office and Lead Capture sites are all up and running correctly.

The Focal Point System Notifications, iTeleCenter Notifications and Focal Point Email Sending are currently down, and they are  working hard to get them back up as soon as possible. 

They don't have an ETA for when they will be back up at this time. They will update us again at 3 PM Eastern today.

So if you are on a co-op or advertising your Freedom at Home Team website you will not receive an email notification when you receive a lead. 

 Please login to your focal point back office to view your leads.  :-)
