Just wanted to remind you that if you are attending Ameriplan's National convention, we are having a Freedom at Home Team Meeting on:

Date:   7/11  (Thursday)

Time:  4-6 pm central time.  

Team Meeting Room:   Bass  

Attire:  Casual  (show up with your freedom at home team t-shirts)

IMPORTANT:

If you are not attending convention BUT you are in the Dallas area, come and  meet the Freedom at Home Team members and leaders at our Team meeting!  This meeting is absolutely free.

CONVENTION DETAILS:

1) Be prepared to show proper picture identification, if asked.

2) You may pick up your registration package at any time the registration window is open. You will not be permitted to pick up a registration package for anyone other than your own.

3) Everyone will have a bracelet placed on their arm at registration. It must be signed for when received. The Bracelet is your ticket of admission to all events including the Saturday Lunch and Awards night dinner. These bracelets are waterproof and not removable unless they are cut off. This is to remain in place throughout the convention and replacements will not be provided if removed.

4) The only function at this event that allows children will be the Friday FUN NIGHT. Please be aware there will be a cash bar in the room. Children are not permitted in any other functions including the General Session and Convention Meals unless they are over eighteen and a registered guest.

5) If you have purchased a "Package for Two" you will receive a Gift Bag. One of the 'two' must sign for receipt of the Gift Bag at registration. This Gift Bag is meant for both registered guests and contains two of everything including another Bag and the Bloom Buck envelopes. Please share your Gift Bag equally.
