Regarding sites being down

Hello there team.

Most of you know that our sites have been down for more than 24 hours.  This is not a server issue.  Our corporate headquarters and businesses within 20 miles of our business park had a transformer blow early Monday morning.  There was a hazardous material leak and it was / is a dangerous situation.  


Here is what we recommend.  

Any application you take, take it on paper and input it when the sites come back up.  If someone has an emergency medical / dental need....  take the application and offer them to have the provider call you so you can explain the situation and ask for who to call back with the member number when the system comes back online.

If you take an IBO application, start the ibo on their training.  They can't put in apps anyway right now either so they can wait on their sites.

You can also fax in the applications to the fax line or you can scan them and send them to customsupport@ameriplanusa.com .  Corporate has been receiving application like that all day yesterday and today.  Corporate also had customer service faxing verification forms to dental and health providers to verify that a new applicant is active for services if they have an emergency and do not have an id number.
