Some of you have asked how to login to Focal Point and text or email your NY and NJ leads. Below are the instructions.

Below are several marketing ways you can invite guests that are in the New York & New Jersey area. Most guests that attend almost end up enrolling. :-)

HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR NY & NJ LEADS FROM FOCAL POINT
- Login to Focal Point
- Select: My Contacts
- Select: Advanced Search
- Under Location. click on the + sign. Then Select USA, NY, Brooklyn
- Click On Search. Name the search and save it. For Example: Brooklyn Leads. This way you can email those leads. (see email instructions below). p.s. We like texting leads since they read their text right away!

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SEND EMAIL TEMPLATE USING A SPECIFIC LOCATION:
- Login to Focal Point
- select: Sales/Tools
- select: email/broadcast
- select: Create New Email Broadcast
- UNDER SAVED SEARCHES: SELECT: Brooklyn Leads.
- Select: CONTINUE TO NEXT STEP
- SCROLL DOWN AND YOU WILL SEE THE PREWRITTEN EMAIL (You're Invited!) Click on Continue To Next Step To Send Email Blast!
When You Receive A Respond:
Once you receive a confirmation that they are attending text & email them the details below.

NOTES TO OUR BENEFIT CONSULTANTS:
Email National Sales Director Cathy Caneiro at ccaneiro@ameriplan.net and let her know that you have a potential team member attending. After the meeting she will answer their questions. If they want to get started she will enroll them on your website. She will have her
laptop with her. You will then receive a confirmation that they enrolled.
Your job is to invite many guests! Most people that attend our events almost always end up enrolling. :-)
