Faye Sweeney!
My name is Faye Sweeney and I started this journey with AmeriPlan in August of 2015. I remember interviewing with Cathy Caneiro and she wanted to know my why. My why for joining AmeriPlan was three reasons; One: I wanted to be home with my husband; Two, I wanted desperately to be out of the janitorial business; (I own a Jani King Franchise and to be successful, moved to a territory 90 minutes from home. After going through a number of employees and great sacrifices I reached my goal of #1 franchise in my region, making over $250,000 a year). Three, I thought succeeding with AmeriPlan would be easy. So far, I have accomplished only one of those goals, I gave up all my business and moved back home. I am still in the janitorial business, but on a much smaller scale.
Working with AmeriPlan is challenging at best. I have had to overcome the obstacles of phone fear and approaching prospects. My specialty is auditing and management but I have found that when you make that connection with members and prospects, AmeriPlan is rewarding.
If not for Cathy Caneiro, I would have given up, but every time I got discouraged and complained and whined, she was right there, giving me encouragements. Thank you, Cathy, you will always be #1 in my book.
