Introducing our Newest  Regional Sales Director... Randy Carter!

Hello everyone! My name is Randy Carter and I joined AmeriPlan in late February of this year. At the time I was simply looking for a discount Healthcare plan but was fortunate enough to be connected with Erin Klink who not only explained the extraordinary health and dental saving plans available but she also took the time to see if I would be a good candidate as IBO with AmeriPlan as a member of the Freedom at Home Team.  Like most people I have been exposed to Work at Home Opportunities from time-to-time but found them to be unscrupulous and some downright dishonest – all promising untold riches (scams) most via the internet with little to no effort.  Something was different about Erin and AmeriPlan so I took a closer look.  Talking with Erin she was honest, sincere and forthright from the beginning about the business opportunity, the work involved and most importantly the support not only from herself but also from other leaders on the Freedom at Home Team.  Initially I resisted because I have never sold, marketed or promoted anything in my life.  In addition, I had an innate fear of approaching prospects, asking for referrals and calling leads on the phone.  I was a slow starter! In fact, it took me two weeks before I made my 1st phone call on my own!  Bless Erin for her patience with me.  I finally started making calls on my own on consistently on Wednesday 3/15/17 and enrolled my first BC on Friday 3/17/17.  At that point I just decided I had to be a “No Matter What” person and with the support and  encouragement of Erin, Cathy, and Kelly just kept plugging along – and there were times when I was very discouraged.  I committed to update Erin, Cathy, and Kelly daily to keep myself accountable and through hard work and prayer I made Fast Track RSD on Tuesday 3/28/17.  My next goal is to get 3 of my team member's to RSD while continuing to recruit and market the AmeriPlan health and dental saving plans.  Along this path I hope to help others achieve their goals and dreams through my work with them – these health care plans and the business opportunity are truly blessings for those who choose to participate.    I am very grateful to have found AmeriPlan, to be a member of the Freedom at Home Team and to have Erin, Cathy, and Kelly as my mentors.  Thank you all!
