Introducing our Newest  Regional Sales Director... MICHELLE CARTER!

When I started with AmeriPlan I had been looking for a work from home opportunity for awhile. When my coach Michelle Shipp called me I was really needing to be at home for my husband when he needed me. I asked her to give me a couple days to talk to my husband and think about it. She sent me information and I looked into it, spoke to my spouse Ken and called her back and told her it was what I was looking for and wanted to enroll. When I enrolled in November 2016, I didn't work my business at first like I should have and my husband was not behind it 100%, but now supports me totally. Michelle gave me great tips and mentored me to treat my business like I needed to if I was going to make it work. When I started working like I should have and putting in the dials, I started feeling more comfortable, confident, and getting enrollments. Michelle mentored me to do personal development and gain confidence and that truly helped. I also went through RSD Bootcamp with some great top leaders and they also helped me with tips, mentoring, and the steps that needed to take in order to reach RSD. When they advise you to make the team calls, listen to smile and dials during the week, do it because can get some great tips that you can use to help you. I'm so thankful to be apart of this team and AmeriPlan and love having the ability to work from home.   Michelle Carter Regional Sales Director
