Today is a day to give thanks, pay tribute and remember those who gave their lives for this country. The best way to honor our fallen is to celebrate your life and commit to living it fully.   Always go after your dream and remember the importance of keeping your vision alive and in front of you.
 
Every time I think of the power of vision, I think of Dennis and Daniel Bloom.  They had a vision for something better.  They believed in the power of vision and they started sharing their vision with others.  When they started AmeriPlan they were 50 years old.   Their attorney told them it was a crazy idea and that it wouldn’t work.  Back then nobody was doing discount plans and you can only imagine how difficult it was when they started sharing the business and services to others.
 
Twenty-five years later, that vision took on a life of it’s own.  Because of their vision, over a million people have saved over a billion dollars on healthcare.  And thousands of families have found their Freedom at Home.

It’s pretty amazing when you think about it and even more amazing when you understand the power of vision.
 
Since we are talking about the power of vision, I would like to take a moment and share how vision helped me grow a multiple 6 figure income.    When I enrolled, I had a picture of a work at home magazine. It was a picture of a mom surrounded by her kids and she was working from home. She was making 30k a month and she and  her husband were 24/7 parents.   She had all the income, lifestyle and freedom she ever wanted.  I was so impressed by what she had created.   I showed the article to Michael and he said “Janie, there is NO way anyone can make that income from home”.   It does sound crazy doesn’t it?  But I believed it was possible.
 
Every time I would hit walls I would keep her story in front of me and I would keep working towards my goal.  It always reminded me what I was dreaming about.    I must have seen and read her story a thousand times my first year into the business.
 
I had many people telling me I was crazy and this would never work and that I was dreaming.   Well, I was dreaming and it was an awesome dream.
 
I could have easily given up when I was having conversations and some people didn’t get our vision, some would never return my calls and some thought we were too good to be true or a scam!   However, I believed in this company and kept my vision and dream in front of me and I kept moving forward.    I knew someday eventually I would get there.  It might not have been that year, or the next or the next but I knew someday I would get there.   
 
A few years into the business, I was in the same magazine that she was featured in and I was on the front page!  I had thousands and thousands and thousands of team members in my organization.  And I did get to 30k a month in AmeriPlan.


 
If you are not reaching your highest potential, let me ask you:   what are you dreaming of?  Perhaps it’s a new home, car, a family vacation, firing your boss or earning the company Cadillac.  Take a picture of what you’re dreaming of and keep that in front of you.  These pictures could be scriptures verses that encourage you, mementos that strength your faith.   Always keep that   one thing that represents the final piece to your dream.
 
Never say “I can never get to 6 figures in AmeriPlan”, “I’ll never win the car”, “ I’ll never build a large organization”  or “ I’ll never be successful”.  When you say things like that, you are being limited by your own imagination.   You’ve got to change what you’re seeing.  Don’t let negative thoughts paint those pictures.  Use your imagination to see yourself accomplishing dreams, rising higher, overcoming obstacles, blessed and prosperous.
 
When you keep your vision in front of you, that’s your faith being released.  Today start saying things such as....

 
Lastly…
 
You might have been planting seeds and maybe you might have had the sad realization that some of those seeds didn’t blossom. That’s okay because if you plant enough seeds with the power of vision, some of them sprout!   And some of them grow. And when they grow, they produce more seeds that fall to the ground and pretty soon, you’re standing in a rich, lush forest full of abundance that was created from the power of YOUR vision for your life and yourself. 

Don’t ever give up, keep your focus on planting seeds, and create your forest.
 
Never stop believing.  Every time you see your vision, you’re moving toward it.  Isn’t it’s AWESOME that it’s on the way.   :-)
