A few months ago Facebook  announced a new job recruiting feature that allows everyone to post FREE ads to their fan pages.    

Many of our leaders have been posting jobs and they are having great results. They are generating about 10-20 leads a day!!   Once they get those leads they add them to the Focal Point system and then text and follow-up with them.  The ads are free to post.  You can if you like reach a larger audience with boosting the job posts but none of our leader are paying for that feature.  They are simply posting free ads!
