WOW!!! My God!! I had just received notice only seven days prior that I had promoted to SRSD and hadn’t even wrote my BIO. Then I got notification that I was promoted to ESD. Let me say I am SOO Proud of my Team for helping me get HERE and I know we are not done. It is CRUCIAL to KEEP YOUR Eye on
the Prize. You will RISE!
It seemed like once we got notice of the New
Plans and Compensation, my team said Let’s GO. Tamyka and Dorothea put their GAME FACE on and basically said let’s Dig in and Get it done!! Don’t look left or right, straight ahead. They didn’t make excuses, they just DUG in and sure enough, one right after another they promoted, I am so proud of you. They are the reason I write you today.
I have been with Ameriplan for five years and
this feels WONDERFUL. I have always been committed to building my business. My heart has always been member plans and I knew there would be a time when I would have to build a team. I am a testament to keep on pressing to find your Leaders and your Rock Stars. I didn’t know when it would happen, Oh But GOD!! Commitment doesn’t go without reward. I am so GRATEFUL to GOD for Blessings us.
I want to thank my mentor, Terri Medine for
calling me that day back in October 2012 when I was looking for a solution because health insurance was unaffordable for my family. Doc, watching you get it done is what's "supposed to" happen. Like with all good leaders you know they are going to lead and when they arrive people say things like... of course Taffy is an NSD.
