She Did It!
Today is special. I want to share the success of one of our team member who has just joined the elite Millionaire's Club in AmeriPlan.
Our company has 22 people that have earned over a million dollars and she is the YOUNGEST millionaire club member! WOW!
When Kristie DeGraw called me she was a single mom and this was her FIRST home-based career.
Her income didn't happen overnight and it took almost a year to gain consistent momentum in her business.
Kristie never steered away from her vision, and she was able to reach 6 figures in our company.
The thing I love about Kristie is that she is always willing to step out of her comfort zone to do things that most people just aren't willing to do, taking her a step further towards her goals. I can usually tell when people are going to succeed just by their attitude, and Kristie has that drive.
I can still remember when Kristie started the business. It was her first time doing anything like this. It was very exciting to do something that has the potential to change your life.
She started working and she didn't make a big income her first month. Some people in Kristie's situation would have called it quits as you are putting a lot of hard work in at the start and not getting the financial rewards you are expecting.
Instead of complaining and blaming that this business just doesn't work, she kept on learning and growing along the way. She was on all training calls and would stay up at night posting free ads. She kept doing this until she could pin
point exactly what was working and what was not.
Having walked in her shoes before I could see that she was doing things the right way and it was only a matter of time before she was to bring her vision to fruition.
Kristie began to embrace the unknown while continuing to do the work consistently. Her break came because she remained consistent and coachable. It comes as no surprise that she is now a millionaire's club member!
Now that she has put in the work and has the knowledge. This business is fun, easy and rewarding for her. Besides her financial success to date, I'm more proud of her leadership and commitment to serving others. She is always sharing what
she has learned and experienced along the way to our team members.
I have loved seeing her transformation from being a struggling single mom, to a confident and courageous leader, living an empowered life.
