Hello, Ameriplan! I'm so grateful to have hit Senior RSD! I love this company and I have really enjoyed working here. On my spare time, my hobbies include crafts, reading,
learning, yoga, and finding ways to promote this business. I love how Kristie Degraw has said that she didn't know much about this type of work when she started, so she committed herself to being a student. I consider myself a student and I love learning ways to better myself here. It is getting more natural for me to talk to people that I do know about this company (in some ways, strangers are easier to talk to!), where before it was difficult because I worried they would feel pressured to
join, but so far they know I'm just giving them information to see if it will help them. I am still dealing with some illnesses that prevent me from working on this full time, but I do try to consistently touch my business ever day, even if it's something small.
I'm very grateful for the flexibility our company has, but it also comes with accountability. We know we're not getting much out of it without putting the time in. I'm still optimistic, and like everyone here, striving to remove the obstacles so that I can continue to be successful. I guess I'm trying to encourage others who may be in my same boat-don't give up! We can keep climbing this, pushing maybe a little harder on good days, and we will make it to the top! This
isn't a race, but a marathon after all. I look forward to more promotions and watching everyone else grow. I want to thank Kelly O'Donnell for everything! She has been a great coach.
