Ready for 2019?

2019 here we come!
 

I hope you had a wonderful holiday with your family, friends and loved ones.
 
I love this time of the year and especially LOVE New Year's Eve because it's the very 10 seconds where we can put our stake in the ground and make a DECISION to make changes, run with great ideas, to not be afraid and to end the new year more profitable and less stressful than the year before. After the Decision....  Action is what makes the difference.
Here's a little advice...
 
If you LOVED the results you achieved in 2018 congratulations!  Keep doing what you are doing and push yourself a little harder, or conquer a new goal, but keep going....and you will achieve your financial goal.
 
If 2018 is better left in the rear view mirror for you and you find yourself saying things like:
  • I wish my income was higher
  • I should have spent more time doing my business 
  •  I wish I would of spent more time learning new strategies  to grow my business or
  • I should have worked on increasing my conversations
It's okay to think about the past for a second (okay, maybe 5 minutes)  for reflection purposes only, so we know what didn't work or to use 2018 as a springboard into the new year.
 
Just don't focused on the PAST too long!
 
Instead..focus on 2019.
 
Think about what your action plan is for 2019  so you can make  it your best year in business and life.

When I enrolled with AmeriPlan 15 years ago I wanted to make $400 a month. So I ran some numbers.
Of course, we didn't have this awesome compensation plan like we have now!  

In today's compensation plan, what would you need to hit that goal??:
We  get paid:
 
  •  $16.00 for a dental/ medical plan and then  $16.00 residual income.
  •  From $200 up to $600 per each enrollment and then  $16.00 residual income.

So then ask yourself the question....
 
  • How many members and BC enrollments do I need each week/ month to meet my goal?
For example...I need:
 
  • 2 Jump start enrollments to earn $400 a month  (just TWO!  pretty cool.  We truly have an amazing compensation plan)
 
Once you know what you need to hit your income goal....  

1ST STEP:
Figure out how many  conversations you need to be having every day/ week  to make $400 a month.
For example...you might need to  talk to 10 people to get one enrollment. 

Or you might need to have 20 conversations before you get one enrollment.
  

I noticed that the more conversations I was  having the more comfortable I became and my ratio was getting very good.

If you haven't tracked your "ratio" go ahead and start tracking it now so you know that NUMBER!  It's super important to know it.  It will improve as you go.

Grab a piece of paper and keep track of how many conversations you are having before you get ONE enrollments.



2nd STEP:  

Now that you know your ratio you need to GET leads coming in so you can continue having conversations.
There are SO many ways to generate leads, especially nowadays!   When I enrolled we didn't have social media.
I know, it's hard to believe that I got to a multiple 6 figure income without social media.

There you will find simply ways to generate leads asap!



3rd STEP:    

Once I got my numbers and started generating leads I contacted my team members!
 
  1.  I found out what their income goals were
  2.  I shared how to find their ratio.
  3. I asked if they wanted to RUN with me for the next 90 days.  I figured out that if I got a lot of people racing it would help everyone reach their goals faster using the momentum of all our energy!
 
Now that you know  my 3 steps...
