First, I want to say, it is a pleasure to be back!!!! Yes I said back!!! I was in AmeriPlan almost 5yrs ago. I promoted to ESD and enjoyed the journey, but just like a lot of people, I got burned out and decided to take a step back from my business for a while. Well that "while" turned into 2+ years but I never stopped looking at AmeriPlan. When I heard about the "NEW" AmeriPlan, I knew it was my turn to
come back. I contacted Terri and said September 1st I want to be a part of your team.
I say all of this just to say, we are a part of a team where support is just a phone call or e-mail away. Contact your enroller as much as you possibly need to. In this industry, having a personal coach and mentor is vital to your business and we have so many leaders here that can help you elevate your business to the next level. BUT you have to be willing to do the work to make it happen!! I called Terri around 10pm and said...
"I just need 1 more to FAST TRACK RSD." Terri simply answered "How many calls did you make today? How many calls are you going to make tomorrow? and How many calls are you going to make the next day to get that one person?" I remembered talking to Kelly O'Donnell a few days before and she said 80% of this business is conversations and how many frogs you kiss to find your princesses. I woke up and went to my Full-Time J.O.B and I couldn't focus,
so I got off early and went home. I picked up the phone and started kissing frogs!!! 3 hours later, I called Terri and told her - Hi, my name is Martavius Hillman and I am a Regional Sales Director for AmeriPlan. Terri was sick but she was so excited that I think her pain went away for a few minutes!!!!
I work a Full-Time job and I go to school full-time and I am planning a wedding with my beautiful fiance and I was able to build a life long selling story that I made over $1,000 my first 30 days in this business!!! You hear this a lot but it is so true, if I can do this, so can you!!! Now, I didn't do it alone... I have to thank my beautiful Fiance Keisha for pushing me every time I said I was done for the day and would pick it up
tomorrow.. She would respond, did you hit your goal of 3 conversations? If I said no, I knew I wasn't going to bed that night without her repeating RSD RSD RSD until I had 3 conversations. Thank you love!!! I have to thank Terri for always being there when I was stressed out and pulling my hair out... She would bring me back to earth and remind me of WHY I was racing for RSD. Thank you Terri, you are awesome!!!!! I have to give a huge thank you to Kelly
O'Donnell for playing phone tag with me for 3 days until we were able to actually talk LOL. When we finally talked, it is a conversation I will take to the top with me!! She spent 45 minutes giving me all Inspiration, Motivation, and a Kick in the butt to stay and get it done!!!! I am part of an amazing team and I can't wait to help more people receive the same support and success I received with these amazing women!!!
If I had to give one piece of advice to new IBOs it will be to do what you have to do to FAST TRACK to RSD and build your lifetime selling story!!! Being able to tell prospects you made $1,000 in your first 30 days will help build your business tremendously!!! If you can't FAST TRACK, get to RSD anyway and build your lifetime selling story of "when I committed to work my business, I made over $500 my first 30 days".
Remember $500 can change someone's situation!!!! 1 additional piece of advice, make a commitment to be here a year from now and to work you business consistently for the next 12 months and I am sure you will see a tremendous boost in your business.!!!
