If you had Teladoc as part of the AmeriPlan program you enrolled for and received a plastic mailer telling you to register for the new app please do not do it.  This was a mailing they did from an old list they had with AmeriPlan members still on it.  They are aware of their mistake.

Ameriplan changed services as of September 1st 2015 and is now with  MyTeleMedicine.  Please go to https://portal.mytelemedicine.com/ and register your information now so that when you need the service they have your information available.
