Introducing our Newest Executive Sales Director... Michelle Shipp!!

My journey in Ameriplan over the past 3 years has been absolutely phenomenal!  It has been SUCH a rewarding experience as I grow my business and develop my skills, to become the leader that I am today.  What a fantastic company that I have partnered with while surrounded by very inspiring and positive individuals on the team. I am thankful for this opportunity every day as I work my business diligently among my husband and 4 girls at home.  This business is my vehicle to move my family in the direction that it deserves to be in. Each day I find myself THAT much closer to my goals and dreams that I have placed in my heart upon getting started.  Yes, this journey has not been all sunshine and rainbows but I KNOW that this career pathway it’s worth it!  This 3rd promotion to Executive Sales Director seemed like a far distant dream not too long ago.  I am still a bit amazed that this puzzle piece is now officially locked into its place.  This just serves as a temporary stepping stone now to achieve all of the many other promotions that are ready to be achieved.  I am so grateful for the support of my upline Debbie Hanson and Kristie DeGraw.  My awesome accountability partner LeAnn Kinsey and my team that I love and hope to inspire each day!
