If you signed up for the Jump Start Bonus Program, below are some tips:
You may or may not understand all the nuances of the program so I thought I'd spell out our most important goals as we get started with our 2 week head start....
Since we have 2 weeks before it officially starts I wanted to give you guys some strategic things to focus on to maximize the bonus program in it's first month. The people we enroll in the program will have 30 days to get their superstar bonuses but we have the advantage of these extra 2
weeks before august one to plan to receive our $500 bonuses. I want to point out to you... if you have an Benefits consultant (BC) prospect that is interested in enrolling into the Jump Start program.... big picture... if someone signs for the $269 plan, they won't be paying the $24.95 / year for their sites and once they have 4 plans on the books will not be paying their $24.95 / month either. (Enroll 4 and pay no more). Clearly a stronger choice if the
person intends to get serious and enroll some business. :)
A. If you are a comfortable and strong recruiter... the best way to maximize the program from August 1 - 30 is to enroll 5 Jump start consultants as soon as you can. That will pay out
$119.90 x5 and a $500 superstar bonus for a total of: 1099.50 PLUS the first five will trigger a bonus of $200 or $300 on top of the other income.
Since we have 2 extra weeks... many people "sandbag" applications. What that means is you can start taking apps from people to put in on August 1 for the jump start program.... and get those people training in advance too. That way they
are working on getting their bonus ahead of schedule too. Good for them to have the extra time to train and practice so they can go full throttle on August 1
Take the standard info like Name, address, phone number, email, social, household members, birthday's and their cc information and tell them that you will put it in the system on the 1st. And in the meantime.... send the training and get them working on thinking about
their 5....
B. If you are more a "member" person..... you want to be thinking about your 5 dental plans. They will generate $69.90 / plan in the first month and go to normal residual after that....
that pays out... 349.90 and puts you in front of the curve on the expense of the program.
If the above two options prove a little bit of an overshoot, let's work on your "3" so you can become bonus qualified. Many of you already have your "3" because your existing team members that signed up for the program.
If you do not have 3 existing team members that enrolled into the Jump Start bonus program you will need 3 new $269's to be jump start bonus qualified. Hold on to those apps and enter them on 8/1. With that qualification out of the way your uplines can help you bonus as you go.
Please contact your enroller so you can work on your 3! Together we will help you come up with a game plan to make that happen. We will also be hosting training calls to help you maximize the bonus program. We will also have a new landing page, new video, new training site and much more! All of
that will roll out on 8/1 or a few days before 8/1.
