I want to say thank you for an incredible week. Many of you are so close to being a super star and reaching new levels! I'm in awe. :-)
This (very) personal note was not something I expected to write you today, and at the risk of sounding overly emotional or sentimental, I will admit that my eyes are welled up with tears as I write this.
Yesterday I was sitting in my home office and I was reading some of my emails. I received a beautiful email from one of our new team members where she was sharing how she had worked so hard for corporate America and was broke. The worst part was that she hated putting her kids in daycare. Then she shared why she was so happy that she found AmeriPlan. She was going to learn the business so she can be home with her family and take her life back.
Her email brought back so many memories of where I was 14 years ago. I clearly remember when Dean was born, I told my boss that I was going to come back to work after 8 weeks. Well, I did go back and I remember dropping Dean off at the daycare and tears started rolling down my cheek. I showed up to work and I still was full of emotion. I remember that a colleague walked into my office and said, " it's okay Janie. We all have to do that and
it's not fun but eventually you will accept it."
Well, as much as I tried, I couldn't accept it. Someone else was NOT going to raise my son. I quit 2 weeks later. I had no idea how we were going to survive with one income but I just couldn't wake up every morning and drop Dean at a daycare and have a stranger raise him!
After the tender memories. I was inspired to create this video to help us express to our prospects, there is a better way! After I finished it and played it back, I cried my eyes out. This morning I watched it again and am misty. Clearly this concept of a better way and helping others find it excites me. The video just inspires me to work harder and to educate people about what is possible here in AmeriPlan.

We have build a large community where people can join, learn the skills they need to work from home and build a part-time or full-time income from home.
The best part is that we are bringing parents home. And trust me, now that we have the jump start program, we WILL be bringing MORE PARENTS home. That is one of my mission.
